Only Village Members can request services.

To request a service from the Village, call the office at 503-207-8729 or send an email to [email protected]. You can also enter your own request from this website by following the steps in one of the following procedures:

Information that you need to provide:

Your name
Description of Service (for example: ride to doctor appt)
Date you need the service
Appointment time (if applicable)
Destination address (if applicable)
Oher pertinent information.
