Strength & Balance - Mondays 9:15 - 10:00 am.
 
Strength & Balance class provides increased muscular strength, endurance, function, & cardiovascular health.  It also improves physical, cognitive, and social confidence, and connections with fellow classmates. 
 
Trainer Deanne Michaud holds fitness classes and walks in Forest Grove. Silver & Fit, SilverSneakers, and One Pass Renew Active participants are free. Call Deanne at 503-799-8283 about credentials or class information. First class is free!
