Linda Minor, Village friend, is teaching beginning T'ai Chi Chih classes in January and February at the Forest Grove Senior & Community Center.  Classes are every Friday from 11:15 - 12:15 pm, beginning January 2nd and ending February 27th. There is no charge, but optional donations will be accepted.

Both seated and standing participants can be accommodated. Here is some information about T'ai Chi Chih, a form of T'ai Chi that she is certified to teach. Linda has taught Villagers in the past, before the pandemic. Interested folks can contact Linda directly at 503-320-5487 or [email protected].
