A worksheet was sent out about a month ago to all leaders asking you to think about the ideas that March Listen, Lunch, and Learn participants suggested for Village Councils.  As part of the November 12 workshop, we will be giving each village a chance to look over that worksheet and talk about those ideas as they relate to your village. We have attached a copy of the worksheet in case you haven’t seen it. If your Council has not had time to discuss these ideas, it would be great if you could think about the ideas with others prior to the November 12 event.  Many of the ideas on the worksheet are already being done in some villages, and that information is just as useful and interesting to other villagers. These ideas were intended to increase collaboration and communication within and between villages. So if your village has been doing other things to improve in these areas, please include them.
